We are strict about uniforms being exact. The costume in your first slot must be your Sixth Column uniform made to the following standards. Your other costume slots are yours to do with as you wish.

Pick any origin, archetype, and powersets you like.
Characters cannot use the 'huge' body, but may choose freely between male or female.
